Are you Surviving or Thriving?

Day-to-day modern life is genuinely stressful, so to keep afloat we just “Keep Calm and Carry On”. But the problem with that is, we’re just living; we’re not living life consciously. We need a simple, but rarely found capacity: deep level self awareness. Almost none of us have done the simple but transformational work: Radical Self Discovery. Look at the testimonial page to see the power that you’re missing in your life.

Don’t Keep Calm And Carry On!

In many ways, it’s the worst advice ever! It means nothing changes. Since most of us pretty stressed because of the relentless pressures and noise of modern life we need to make changes. That’s precisely what the stress is telling us. But very few of us have done the self-discovery work to find out who we are deep down and what we really want out of life and therefore know what changes to make. So we’re living life pretty much unconsciously. Have a look at the testimonial to see what transformations are waiting for you.

The 3 Most Important Questions.

Questions which we’ve never asked ourselves, but knowing the answers of which are crucial to living a good life. They’re not rocket science, but they do need some reflection. My clients could tell you the answers: have a look at the testimonial page.

Who are You?

Serious question! Most of answer it by giving our roles: a Dad, a mate, a son etc. Or maybe we tell somebody asking that question what our job is.

None of those are who we are! But pretty much nobody has done the self-discovery work to find out. It’ll transform your life when you know. Have a look at the client testimonial page top see the transformations my clients have made.

What is your Relationship with Yourself like?

Sounds like a strange question…right? Actually your relationship with yourself is the most important one in your life. Imagine if you’re where 47% of young people are: struggling with thoughts of self-loathing (Princes Trust Youth Survey 2022). Well your world’s not going to be great is it? To be genuinely happy and thrive, we need self-esteem: to be comfortable in our own skin. Next question: how many people that you know are comfortable in their own skin? Average answer? Between 3 and 5! We need to do the self-discovery work to be comfortable with who we are. See the testimonial page to see what my clients have to say.

Who Are Your Male Role Models?

I was speaking at an international conference in Cyprus on relationships recently and was shocked by how many people felt unseen by their fathers. This got me to thinking more widely about male role models and the lack of them in modern society. I can only think I have one: Maxi Jazz of Faithless, who I was incredibly privileged to spend 2 days with about 10 years ago. His openness, vulnerability and sheer sense of love was a revelation to me at the time.

Why Don’t We Talk About Mental Health?

Virtually everybody is struggling with their mental health at some level since COVID. The Prolonged exposure to Uncertainty (lockdowns, COVID, Ukraine War, Economic and Political Instability) has identical symptoms to Burnout, including exhaustion and the inability to think clearly.

So why are we still avoiding this absolutely essential topic? We need to talk things through perferably with somebody we love and trust.
