Why Don’t We Talk About Mental Health?

Virtually everybody is struggling with their mental health at some level since COVID. The Prolonged exposure to Uncertainty (lockdowns, COVID, Ukraine War, Economic and Political Instability) has identical symptoms to Burnout, including exhaustion and the inability to think clearly.

So why are we still avoiding this absolutely essential topic? We need to talk things through perferably with somebody we love and trust.
